Dr. Ray did an amazing job on fixing my front chipped tooth. Originally, I was going to get a cap but changed my mind and he understood, and although is worried about it holding up, did proceed to fix it. There is no line and when I look at it, can't even tell it was chipped. The price was good too, much cheaper than a cap, something more affordable for me and my smile is back! Thank you, Dr. Ray!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ng and her team. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency procedure yesterday morning, and I am so grateful they did. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, and when I found out what needed to be done, I got pretty overwhelmed. The first two people I met with—an intern and another dentist—were incredibly kind and compassionate. They took the time to talk me through everything, answer my questions, and help put me at ease when I was feeling anxious. Their patience and understanding made a huge difference. Dr. Ng was fantastic, and the woman assisting her during the procedure was just as wonderful. They were both so calm, reassuring, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They explained what was happening, checked in on me often, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable. I also have to give a shout-out to my hygienist, Heather. I've been seeing her for years, and even though she had nothing to do with the procedure yesterday, she still took the time to check in on me. That meant a lot and really speaks to the kind of people they have in this office. I know they do procedures li

Everyone is friendly and professional, from the front desk to techs, hygienists and dentists. Dr Sun took time to clearly explain the X-rays and answer all my questions. He was totally supportive of my choice to simply extract my back molar and not replace it. I appreciate his not pushing me to have a much more expensive procedure. My mouth healed quickly, and I'm very happy with his work! Also Amanda at the front desk was super helpful in explaining my dental insurance forms. A great team!

After trying many different dentists in the Ithaca area, all of which have been predatory - charging high prices for sub standard dental care, and even being recommended for costly procedures that were completely unnecessary, I was so pleased to finally find myself at Twin Sheep. I came in for a cleaning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hygienist and doctor were very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and gave me great advice. The cleaning was extremely thorough. I take my dental health very seriously and I am so glad to finally find a dentist that can provide me with the great care I have been seeking. Thank you so much to Twin Sheep for all that they do, I will be a patient for years to come!
